That is why we do a FREE food day every Wednesday. (please check our Facebook each week to make sure our shipment is available) Now we want to make sure you have access to quick and easy healthy meals for your family. That is why we are starting a blog series for the nights you are in a bind and need to get dinner on the table. Our goal is to share recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and only have a few ingredients to make the experience easy for you.
This week we wanted to give you a healthy breakfast or snack option that is PERFECT for a busy morning! Try not to skip meals. Skipping meals is not healthy whether you are pregnant or not.
Almond Butter, Yogurt, & Fruit Parfait
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 T almond butter but any nut butter will work
- 1T honey
- 1/4 C halved green grapes
- 3 sliced strawberries
- 2 T chopped nuts
Blend yogurt, nut butter and honey until smooth. Layer top with fruit and chopped nuts.
